About Us

David Guild

David Guild is an elitist intellectual from Durham, NC. When not designing educational computer games, he plays non-educational computer games. A double major in mathematics, his ideas for the "Trinary game" were thankfully squashed, but the "Octonion maze" lives on.

Michael Sawi

Michael Sawi grew up in Berkeley, CA. Many are surprised to learn that he has no formal art training.

Ty Thorsen

Ty Thorsen is a closet-nerd from Moorhead, MN. Despite having played football and hockey for the Carleton Knights, and being the first man in history to compete for all three men's ultimate frisbee teams, he secretly loves programming silly things in java, mmorpgs, and drawing game worlds that, when you squint, look kind of like supermario world.

Emma Turetsky

Emma Turetsky grew up in Media, PA. She is a double Mathematics Major. Her activities include playing with her dogs, cooking, playing the piano, and spending more time then she has available playing video games. Her life goal is to grow up and become someone's eccentric old relative, hopefully with accompanying super computer.

Erik Ulberg

Erik Ulberg grew up in Seattle, WA and enjoys a variety of activities outside of just working on comps. He enjoys playing as many IM sports as possible and occasionally participating in club lacrosse here at Carleton. He also dabbles in art and can play at least one song on 3 instruments. If he had more time, he would stock up on flannel and become an avid outdoorsmen.
