How to Walk Around a Teapot

The Goal

Our goal was to create an augmented reality application in which users could place three-dimensional virtual objects into a database with associated geolocation information. The user could then view these objects through the lens of the camera on their mobile device. They would then be able to interact with the objects by walking around them to view the objects in various perspectives and see the changes rendered in real time on the device's screen.
