Matt Adams

Matt applied to Carleton because he saw people wearing armor and jousting on unicycles in the admissions video.

Matt chose to be a CS major because he loves to create things and code constantly. He chose to be a Physics major because he wants to know how the universe works.

Matt plays African drums, piano, bass guitar, and drum kit, all while wearing a rather spiffy Malian hat.

Some weeks, Matt sleeps more nights in Olin than he does in the CMC.

Michael Domingues

Michael is a Computer Science major from Plymouth, MN. A man of many interests, he often pretends to be a Music major and an English major in his spare time.

Michael plays Bb clarinet, Eb Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Baritone Saxophone, Piano, Pipe Organ, and pretty much anything else with either a single reed or a keyboard. He enjoys writing absurdist theater, short plays, and tinkering with large-scale technical systems.

Michael has an peculiar preoccupation with transportation, a tenacious tendency toward alliteration, and was recently taught that mud isn't scary.

Rhys Lindmark

Rhys is a Computer Science major from Denver, CO. He is not a marshmallow.

Rhys enjoys teaching childdles (children), playing games (Ricochet Robots and Dixit), thinking and creating (songs, creative writing, websites), making jokes in RL (Real Life, not Rhys Lindmark), and writing parenthetical statements (seriously).

95% of Rhys's meals are vegetarian because the future is worth caring about, but 5% of his meals include meat because Rhys is also worth caring about.

Tung Phan

Tung is from Nha Trang Khanh Hoa, Vietnam, and is a double Computer Science and Mathematics major at Carleton College. Given forty minutes and a text editor, he could probably write his own Python parser from scratch.

Jake Reardon

Jake's name is Jake. Or Jaaaaake. Or wooooh. He's a Computer Science major from Lakeville, MN.

Jake likes to play. He likes to laugh. He likes to sit for prolonged periods of time. (Preferably on cushions.)

Jake likes to sing. Jake likes to like things. Jake likes the word wobbly. Jake likes sports. Jake likes people. Jake likes being ridiculous.

Jake dislikes when he wears jeans and they get bunched up at the bottom so that his ankles show, or his socks show...

It's just like, c'mon.

Alex Voorhees

Alex is from Winnetka, IL and is both a Computer Science Major and Educational Studies concentrator. He plays on the soccer team at Carleton and is the program director of TOPSoccer. In his free time, Alex enjoys (in no particular order) watching soccer, playing broomball, reading, listening to music, ping pong, and attempting to cook.
