- I'm not going to impose a "VM freeze", since you won't be doing demos at the gala.
- That said, your first priority between now and next Monday is getting your poster ready, not getting your VM ready.

+ Deadlines
- Any time: poster drafts for Jeff's knee-jerk reaction
- Thursday night, 2/22: Posters, penultimate version
- Noon Monday, 2/26: posters submitted via a folder we're creating very soon for this purpose
- 3:30-6:00 PM: attend the comps gala and take a shift at your poster
- week of 3/4-8: oral exam as scheduled with your examiner
- 5:00 PM Wednesday, 3/13 - final deliverables (VM, Walkthrough, and peer evaluation survey)
