Target Design 2 (Feb 9)

Revise and polish your VM design to correspond to your current plan.

Your goal here is to describe concisely and clearly the full structure of your final VM as you currently envision it. Writing such a description can help you clarify your plans and guide your iterative development of the final product. In addition, this document will help me monitor your progress and offer support.

You may use your own judgment on how to structure this document, but here's a structure that would work well.

• Title
• Author names
• Short abstract. 1-3 sentences summarizing the nature of the vulnerabilities in your design.
• Step-by-step story of a shortest-path successful attack on your VM. Keep these steps pretty brief.
• Description of your current implementation status.
• List of topics on which the various members of your team plan to produce "deeper dive" exposition for your final walkthrough and oral exams.
• Additional notes on implementation, philosophy, concerns, or whatever you want to include.
