Who?

Christopher Becerra

Chris may not know what day it is, but that doesn’t stop him from enjoying it. Through the steady haze of a recently-acquired taste for caffeine, he has emerged, to face the world with a heavy supply of music and pocky.

Andy Freeland

Andy took a lot of computer science classes and even more Arabic classes in his four years at Carleton. In between being angry at computers and practicing Arabic, he enjoys happiness, Python, the internet, foreign food, and going exciting places. After graduation, he’s returning to the middle east to study even more Arabic and working in DC in the fall.

He hopes to one day travel the world, speak Arabic fluently, and make cool things.

Jonathan Garnaas-Holmes

Jonathan took almost every course in the computer science major, a fulfillment of the educational dream he’s had since he was 12. He spends his free time playing games, editing film, and rock climbing. He hopes to one day own a hedgehog, two goats, two sheep, two horses, and two hens. He plans to keep all of them in his underground house.

Denis Griffis

Denis has spent his free time noodling around on computers since he got an old DOS box when he was 10. Other activities include speedrunning old video games, making music, and translating Russian literature. He hopes one day to put a robot on the moon.

Tsusa Matsui

Tsusa was able to get through the computer science major relatively unscathed. Considering how many brain injuries he’s gone through, it’s a pretty impressive feat. Any free time he had was spent arduously caring for his pet fish and playing FIFA. His dream is to some day be one of many season ticket holders for the Green Bay Packers, which might be 30 or so years from now since he is in about 15,000 place on the waitlist.
